Once we have received your order email, we will revert back to you with a "booking email" on the stock availability and advise you on the payment details.

Upon receiving the "booking email", please check through on your orders and kindly proceed to make the payment within 2 days. Otheriwse, we will treat the order as void.

We accept payments to POSB savings account or OCBC savings account only. Cash on delivery, meetups payment, and concealed cash payment methods are strictly not available. ONLY upon receipt of payment, order will then be processed.

Currently, our delivery options only include local service. We regret to inform that we do not send our items beyond Singapore.

To provide utmost convinence to you, we will be using only local registered mail and local courier service for the delivery of the items. We will charge a flat fee* of SGD$1.50 per item for the delivery fee**.

Packages will be despatched the next working day after payment is acknowledged by us. The earliest would be 2 working days* after payment acknowledgement. You will be provided with tracking number for your packages.
